Contact and requirement routing
Send a business purchasing brief rather than a general product request. The details below help us organize questions for possible suppliers and keep quotations on one scope.
Bag format, intended use, shell, lining, coating, capacity, dimensions, closures, straps and compartments.
Pieces by color or artwork, branding method, unit pack, carton basis, US destination and requested timing.
Mandatory features, acceptable alternatives, sample needs, evidence questions and optional budget context.

Two-column RFQ
The inquiry form preserves your original requirement text. Optional product, budget and supplier-preference controls are added to the same requirement field only when the browser submits a valid form; they do not create new backend fields or overwrite your wording.
Budget may be an amount or range, but include the currency and say whether it applies per unit or to the entire order. A high-end, mid-range or budget preference describes the trade-off you want us to explore; it is not a rating already assigned to any supplier.
After receipt, unresolved values remain questions. Possible suppliers must confirm the proposed construction, MOQ, quotation basis, sample, packaging, timing and exact-item documents. This service does not promise stock, a specific response time, a fixed delivery date, certification, regulatory approval or savings.
For a bag copied from an existing sample, describe which features must remain and which may change. A photograph can guide shape and compartment placement, but it cannot establish material composition, coating, capacity, tolerances or performance. Record those items separately so a visual match is not treated as a technical match.
