Sport Bag Manufacturer Sourcing Terms of Service

1. Service role

Sport Bag Manufacturer Sourcing helps business buyers structure requirements, identify possible suppliers, coordinate questions and compare quotation scope. We are not the manufacturer, seller of record, certification body, customs broker, carrier or legal adviser unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.

2. Buyer information

You are responsible for providing accurate intended use, specifications, quantities, destination, timing, artwork and approval requirements. Missing values remain subject to confirmation and can affect quotation, sampling, production and delivery.

3. Supplier responses

Availability, MOQ, price, tooling, samples, timing, packing, freight, documents and performance statements come from the responsible supplier and require review for the exact proposed item. We do not guarantee acceptance, factory capability, product compliance, delivery or savings.

4. Approvals and changes

The buyer approves specifications, artwork, samples, evidence, commercial terms and supplier selection. Any change to material, construction, quantity, branding, packaging, destination or delivery scope can require a revised quotation and approval record.

5. Benefit eligibility

FREE sourcing support and any benefit up to 3% are conditional. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements. No fixed discount or lowest-price promise is made.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing or misleading requests. You must have authority to share submitted artwork, specifications and company information. These terms may be updated for future use; the terms associated with an agreed engagement govern that engagement.
