Data handling
This policy explains the information used to coordinate a business sourcing request.
We may receive your name, work email, company, phone, procurement requirement, product references, quantity, destination, target timing, optional budget and supplier-preference context. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through the RFQ form.
Submitted information is used to understand the requested sport bag, clarify missing specifications, communicate with you, organize possible supplier questions and compare responses. Information may be shared with prospective service providers or suppliers only as reasonably needed for the sourcing task.
The sourcing-benefit interface uses local storage to retain the first display time for no more than seven days and session storage to remember a ticker close during the current browser session. These controls do not extend the benefit window.
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, records, dispute prevention and applicable obligations. No online method is risk free. Avoid submitting confidential material until an appropriate communication and handling route is agreed.
You may ask about stored inquiry information or request correction or deletion, subject to recordkeeping and legal requirements. Contact is initiated through the sourcing request form because no public address, telephone number or fixed office location has been supplied as a verified fact asset.
External suppliers and linked websites maintain their own privacy practices. This policy does not certify or control those parties. Changes apply prospectively when posted.
Qualified business buyers
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
